We will welcome the national NPC and CPPCC on March, 2010. If we eager to explore our political democracy, economic growth, open diplomacy, people’s livehodd, cultural diversity, civilization and progress for our country’s prosperity, don’t forget that every citizen is one of its part. And we also need to figure out the relations between citizen’s welfare and independence. However, there is still one thing we must remember clearly, only the development of material and technology can not lead to the true civilization automatically, let alone lead to demoncracy and rule of law automatically . Then How do China's political systems reflect the people's democracy? Take a vote! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Global Times | Group| Album| Blog | Friends| Today's Posts | Contact Popup | Online Users | Memberlist Last edited by nancy0206; 02-24-2010 at 04:38 PM. |

I don't dare to give my comments on this issue, because if the CPC doesn't like my comments, I fear that it may put me in jail for 11 years. Sorry, I will pass.

This sounds like an essay question for political examination. Maybe I should write an essay for that?

How could we improve our democracy?
1. Strong parliamentary power, ie, to strengthen the authority of People's Congress. 2. More gressroot involvement in election process.

Did you actually want to say: every citizen is part of it? If I try hard, I can fairly understand 'every citizen is one of its part' as you belonging to only one category (part) if there are numerous and fragmented categories (parts) in your ''people's democratic'' system. China in its current situation is still in the hands of those Red Aristocrats. Descendants of the first generation higher-level CPC leaders still control China's military industry, finance, and other important industries. It's like another upper class in this so-called "socialist society". Do you think this political system can reflect the people's democracy?
